How does it work?
1. Send us your car and the part you need – through the form, SMS or WhatsApp.
2. We find the part and send you photos, the total price and the delivery time.
3. If you're happy, you accept the offer and we send you an invoice.
4. We deliver the part to your door in Norway.
How do I pay?
By invoice. Once you have seen the photos and accepted the price, we send you an invoice. You don't need to enter any card details on the website.
What if the part doesn't fit or is broken?
Contact us and we'll send you our return address in Norway. We pay the return shipping, and as soon as we have confirmed the return, you get a full refund.
This doesn't apply if you accepted a part with a defect we told you about before buying, or if the part was ordered with a wrong part number or wrong car details from you. In those cases you can still return it within 14 days, but you pay the return shipping.
Can I return a part if I change my mind?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after you receive the part. Contact us first – in this case you pay the return shipping. Read more in our returns policy at the bottom of the page.
Are VAT and customs included?
Yes. The price in our offer is the total price delivered to your door, including Norwegian VAT and customs. No surprises on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 5–14 days. You get the exact delivery time in our offer before you decide.
How fast do you reply?
Usually within 2 working days, with photos, price and delivery time. Rare or very specific parts can take a little longer – we'll keep you posted.
Do I have to buy after sending a request?
No. A request is free and without obligation. You only pay if you accept our offer.
